April 1, 2011 marked the 35th year in business for Lancaster Associates. From the beginning, we have specialized in recruiting professionals in Business and Technology. In the last 20 years we have focused on supporting the Pharmaceutical and Consumer Products industries, as well as the “Big 4” management consulting firms that support that industry.
